Finance Director

International company is looking for Finance Director for its manufacturing plant in Odessa.

Key requirements and business skills:

3 + years experience as CFO/Deputy in foreign manufacturing companies.
Previous Big 4 experience is highly desirable.
Very good practical experience and knowledge of US GAAP
Experience of building up control procedures according to SOX requirements
Good knowledge of current Ukrainian legislation within corporate, finance, tax law.
ACCA, CIMA, CPA certificate would be an advantage
Fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian.
Experience with ERP systems
Profound communication and people management skills
Flexibility, business approach, problem solving skills.
Ability for relocation to Odessa
