The «Bristol» hotel 5* declares the competition on vacancy « Operation Director».

Requirements:

M/F till 40 years, higher profile education, work experience on operating post from 5 years in hotels 4-5*, free possession of English language. Knowledge and practical possession of «Fidelio», technologies and procedures of Front office, F&B, service department work. Business etiquette. Administrative skills, communication skills, a resistance to stress, friendliness, ingenuity, ability to work in a command, the aiming at satisfaction of requirements of visitors, readiness to work hard and effectively.

Principal duties:
• Management of the department.
• Working with relevant individuals to set budgets
• Implementing new standards and norms.
• Managing rota’s for the department
• Presenting staff training plans and training programs.
• Organizing new policies and procedures
• Monitoring of accommodation performance
• Running guest surveys to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitoring property presentation standards
• Report presentation as requested
• Monitoring of departmental performance against budget
• Implementation of new standards as set by the company
• Attendance at management meetings as and when required
• Host departmental meetings
• Attend staff meetings
• Encouragement of productive communications between departments
• Work pro actively with fellow senior managers
• Be prepared to work reasonable extra/flexible hours if required
• Adhere to and train all levels of staff to the standards laid out in the F&B and FOH SOP Manuals

Working conditions:
Hours of operation
From 9.00a.m. to 6.00p.m., Monday to Friday
